I want to be her. I just watched the 196o's British film, Blow Up. Which is about a fashion photographer who accidentally witnesses a murder. Its NR and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't love fashion. Supermodel, Verushcka looked incredible in it, but I want to be like her...plaid shirt and french scarf tie.

My old ipod nano fell in my raisin bran soy milk while i was driving. I got a new one, it has a video camera. Missy and I tested it out. We like mocking this scene from The Break Up.

My mom said it perfectly, "The logistics of touring with 7 children and 5-7 adults, two porta-cribs,snacks, drinks, 7 car seats, 3 strollers, in two SUV's are mind boggling."
and something even more mind boggling is how this picture above actually occurred, all of them standing together, facing forward.

The trip was so fun, I loved Molly's new Berkley town and Amby's house is always so fun to go to! It was so great to see all the kids together, they have so much fun and all so crazy!

Not all the time. But most the time. Even though I miss New York like crazy, all the time, everyday. I still heart Utah.

The leaves have all started changing to reds, yellows, and oranges and I love being 5 minutes from the mountains. Bitty and I went on a hike the other day and it was stunning, of course we both forgot our cameras. But I really do love Utah. Here are some reasons why...

Because I finally went to Havasupai...it was so pretty and fun...

When Jenny and some other NY friends come to Vegas...

Because I can be at Lake Mary's faster than I can get the guts to jump off the cliff... (yes, I finally jumped and it did take over 30 mins to do it)

Summer is over. almost. I start working next Tuesday and I am in major denial about it. Goodbye 8am runs, goodbye morning swims, goodbye midday tans, goodbye afternoon hikes, and goodbye cool late summer nights. Goodbye 100% fun. This summer I realized I could live the none working life. I know everyone says they want this life but when most people really think about it they realize they would get bored, be unfulfilled, etc. Not me, I could do it all seasons round. Its just really too bad I have to work. Goodbye 100% fun, 100% of the time.

To kickoff my "I sometimes don't work on weekdays" new freelance schedule I took a little day roadtrip with Leslie and Ryan (also part of the "day crew") to Hershey, Pennsylvania. I wouldn't say it was fun just that it was funny. We ended up lost on New Jersey interstates for most of the day, for lunch we ate at Red Robin, and the final destination was a bit of a disappointment. But I always love to drive, small towns in PA are super weird, it was really pretty, very green, and I bought the best Twizzlers chocolate licorice I've ever had and I LOVE licorice!

I really wanted the DQ but it was boarded up...I guess that happens in PA...

Ryan wanting to kill us from the backseat...Leslie drove across 3 lanes of traffic and landed on a median and I may or may not have circled Newark airport 3 times...(someone really should re do NJ freeways!)

And the best chocolate Twizzlers ever...REALLY the most chocolatey and soft and chewy!

I normally don't do Birthday posts but I found this picture the other day and couldn't resist sending my birthday wishes publically to Coach Macy. Over Christmas the family all went ice skating, Macy, was quite the coach with the kids out on the ice. It was so funny to see her out there flipping her arms about, rounding up the kids, really "gettin em goin" (as she would say) on those skates..and with those really awesome sunglasses. Very parrot like skating and coaching behavior. So Happy Birthday Coach Macy!

On time in church I sat next to Lucy and watched her play with her Etch a Sketch. She played with it for quite a while and by the end had created this amazing masterpiece. Almost like a mosiac via Etch a Sketch. I always told Macy and Ryan that she is such a natural artist. Last time I moved I wrote a post about how horrible moving in New York is, which it is. But this round we had Wang Movers aka Panda Bears (they were these round little Chinese men) move us. Best decision ever. Melissa and I didn't have to do much, the nice movers just kept telling us to not worry about a thing. Here is our cute new apt! I love the neighborhood, roommates are great, and I LOVE this apartment.
